Erwine Home Health and Hospice is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Kingston, PA

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the home setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions
- Assist with mobility and transfer of patients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or a similar caregiving role preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
